This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms, conditions, and procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made through The Comfort and Wellness Store ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Our goal is to provide a clear, fair, and transparent process while maintaining product integrity and customer safety.


1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return requests submitted after the 30-day period will not be accepted.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • All original tags, accessories, manuals, and inserts must be included

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or valid proof of purchase

Items that show signs of use, damage, assembly, or wear may be denied a return or subject to partial refund at our discretion.


3. How to Start a Return

3.1 Return Authorization Required

All returns must be approved prior to being sent back. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

3.2 Return Instructions

If your return is approved:

  • You will receive a return authorization email

  • A return shipping label will be provided, when applicable

  • Detailed instructions on how and where to send your return will be included

The return address will be provided in the authorization email. For security and logistics reasons, it may differ based on product type or warehouse location.


4. Return Shipping

4.1 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

  • Company Responsibility: If the return is approved due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.

4.2 Condition Upon Return

Items must be properly packaged to prevent damage during return transit. Items damaged due to improper return packaging may be denied a refund.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

5.1 Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during transit

  • Incorrect or missing

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

5.2 Reporting an Issue

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.


6. Non-Returnable Items and Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (including food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom, special-order, or personalized products

  • Personal care or hygiene products (including beauty and wellness items once opened)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To obtain a different item:

  1. Submit a return request for the original item

  2. Once the return is approved and processed, place a new order for the desired item

This ensures the fastest and most accurate fulfillment.


8. Refunds

8.1 Refund Approval

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or denial of your refund.

8.2 Refund Processing Time

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing occurs within 10 business days of inspection and incur restocking fee of 25% of the product price. 

Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

8.3 Delayed Refunds

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@thecomfortandwellstorestore.com.
