4. Return Shipping
4.1 Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

Company Responsibility: If the return is approved due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
4.2 Condition Upon Return
Items must be properly packaged to prevent damage during return transit. Items damaged due to improper return packaging may be denied a refund.
